Train Captain / Freight Driver

Etihad Rail is seeking highly experienced and safety-focused Train Captains to operate our modern fleet of heavy freight locomotives. You will be responsible for driving trains safely across the UAE national railway network, ensuring cargo reaches its destination on time while strictly following all rail safety regulations.
Job Requirements & Benefits:
• Qualifications: A valid and recognized international train driving license/certificate. High school diploma or technical degree required.
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience driving heavy mainline freight trains.
• Key Responsibilities: Perform pre-departure safety checks on the locomotive, drive the train according to speed limits and signal instructions, communicate clearly with the central control room, and report any track hazards immediately.
