Project Engineering Manager – Telecom – Alstom (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)

Alstom is recruiting an experienced Project Engineering Manager – Telecom to lead and supervise the installation, testing and commissioning of railway telecom systems in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role covers disciplines such as IP-MPLS networks, CCTV, TETRA radio, public address, passenger information systems and cybersecurity, while coordinating subcontractors, design reviews and client interfaces. Candidates typically hold a degree in communication or electronics engineering with around 10 years of telecom experience; railway systems experience is a plus. This is a full-time, onsite position.
