Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.12–15 years of experience in project controls, planning, and claims management on large-scale infrastructure or EPC projects.Proven experience leading project controls functions on complex multidisciplinary projects.Strong experience in project scheduling, progress monitoring, forecasting, delay analysis, and management reporting.Proven involvement in extension of time claims and contractual planning matters.Experience across major infrastructure sectors such as rail, tunnelling, underground works, water, energy, or multidisciplinary civil projects.GCC experience is preferred.Strong command of Primavera P6 is mandatory.Good knowledge of project controls systems, reporting tools, and advanced Excel-based reporting.Sound understanding of FIDIC, NEC, or similar forms of contract.Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
