Station Master

Etihad Rail is looking for a professional Station Master to manage day-to-day operations at our passenger stations. The role involves overseeing station activities, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality passenger service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee station operations including ticketing, boarding, and passenger assistance.

• Coordinate with train operators and control rooms for timely departures.

• Lead station staff to maintain safety and customer service standards.

• Ensure station premises are clean, well-maintained, and hazard-free.
